Here are the dates you can get into our National Parks for free for 2018! This means entrance into our national parks are free! The visits to our National Parks are most likely the highlight of our cross country travels while living as a Travel Nurse family
- January 15: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- April 21: First day of National Park Week
- September 22: National Public Lands Day
- November 11: Veterans Day

Annual 4th Grade Pass: I think every child should have this!
Many local libraries also have passes that you can “check out” to go for free as well!
In 2017 the Senior Passes fees were updated: Senior Pass $20 – Annual or $80-Lifetime
If you have little ones, let them do activities needed, for them to be Junior Park rangers! The kids take great pride in doing this. My little one, has done this at every National Park we have gone to since he was 4 years old!
